Dear customers, suppliers, business partners and associates,
As you may have noticed, the National Security Council (Majlis Keselamatan Negara) has announced the enforcement of the Conditional Movement Control Order (CMCO) on the sub-districts of Klang beginning October 9. The Ministry of International Trade and Industries (MITI) has also announced that all economic sectors in the Klang district will be allowed to continue operations under strict SOP compliance during the CMCO. AYS Group would like to clarify that all of our business operations will continue as normal.
However, we remain very much concerned and vigilant about the safety and well-being of our families, colleagues, customers, partners and friends. AYS will be strictly complying with all Government SOPs, followed by some extra measures taken by ourselves. In this challenging environment, we want to provide you more information as to how we are ensuring our business continuity, and continue to deliver quality products and services to you.
For some of the teams, work can be conducted through remote connections. This will allow some of our team members to work separately and remotely to mitigate the risk of infections. Employees who must be on-site are complying strictly with all of the implemented work place SOPs. Rest assured our operational efficiency will not be affected. For the time being, all of our premises accesses are restricted to operational personnel only.
We will be continuously reviewing the progress of the COVID-19 crisis and anticipate immediately on evolving insights and situations. If you have any questions, please reach out to your regular contact person.
Stay safe and take care.
Best Regards,
Jess Oh
Group Managing Director
